I am very impressed with this order. It arrived late but it wasn't the store's fault. It was customs. They had to tear it apart to make sure it was a safe product. They were very good at putting everything back fairly neatly. I can't honestly tell if anything is missing because there is so much in the kit, AND, it is exactly as described. The quality is more than I expected. I'm going to say it exceeded my expectations. Best of all was Jennifer. She was so patient with me and I love the extra little something. A very positive experience.
